As many of you know from the news, The Chicken and Rice Guys had shut down all operations after 15 people contracted e-coli sourced to them. Their brick and mortars have re-opened, the trucks have not as of this writing. Whether the source was brought into CNRG or caused by their prep, is still unknown and may never be known. There has been conjecture about whether CNRG will be the same or even survive this situation. I’m just as curious how people feel about food trucks in general because of this.
